With a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Urban Studies, I bring a unique blend of corporate discipline and community insight to every engagement. My work focuses on helping organizations clarify their vision, align their teams, increase operational effectiveness, and deliver measurable results.


Through my firm, Higher Living Consulting, I provide strategic planning, organizational assessments, DEI and workforce development training, leadership coaching, and community engagement strategy. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building capacity step-by-step, and designing solutions that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their mission.
